An Evening of Heart Medicine & Sacred Rhythm

Some evenings are meant for more than just

showing up — they're meant for coming home

to yourself.

Join us on the eve of June 27th for a deeply nourishing gathering where the ancient medicine of ceremonial cacao meets the primal heartbeat of live drumming. This is a space to exhale, to feel, to release what you've been carrying — and to remember who you are beneath it all.

Whether you're new to ceremony or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

Please bring your drum, shaker, or rattle.

What the Evening Holds

  •  Ceremonial Cacao Circle — prepared and offered with intention, cacao opens the heart and invites deep presence

  •  Live Drumming Journey — feel the rhythm move through your body and shake loose what no longer serves you

  • Breathwork & Guided Meditation — gentle energy work and mindfulness to anchor the experience

  •  Sharing Circle — space for reflection, authentic connection, and community

  •  Optional Social Hour (8:00–9:00 PM) — stay, connect, and let the night linger

Meet your facilitators

Hilda Reyes — Drumming, Sound Healing & Reiki Founder, Glistening Waters Center for Integrative Wellness

Hilda's path to healing began in 2004, when yoga became the medicine that pulled her out of chronic pain following a serious car accident. What started as personal recovery became a lifelong calling. Today, Hilda brings over two decades of embodied practice to her work as a Registered Nurse, Reiki I & II Practitioner, RYT200 Yoga Teacher, Restorative & Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga instructor, and certified Ayurveda Specialist. She has offered yoga and Reiki to pediatric non-verbal patients, birthing mothers, and individuals navigating chronic pain and limited mobility — meeting each person with deep care and skill. Hilda is the founder of Glistening Waters Center for Integrative Wellness, where she provides specialized wellness services, patient and caregiver advocacy, and doula support with a fierce commitment to underserved communities. She is also a contributing instructor with the Worcester BiPOC Yoga Collective. When Hilda holds the drum, the whole room feels it.

Veronica Paris — Cacao Ceremony & Plant Medicine Founder, Sacred Mind Institute

Veronica Paris is a bilingual Integrative Mental Health Therapist, Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience as a licensed therapist. She is the founder of Sacred Mind Institute, where evidence-based therapy meets ancestral healing in a space designed for true, soul-level transformation.

Raised in Mexico, Veronica received her earliest teachings in plant medicine and energy healing from her great-grandmother and mother — a living lineage she carries into every ceremony she facilitates. Her work weaves together training in homeopathy, Aztec flower essences, cacao healing, and functional nutrition to offer support that reaches the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of wellbeing.

In Veronica's hands, cacao is not just a drink — it is a doorway.
