Family Circle
with Sat Nam Kaur Khalsa, Jayna Turchek and Gobinday friends

Juneteenth holiday and no school or work? Take some time to reset as a family.
​
10am-11am Open play / parent tea time or mindful walk / meditation
11am-11:45 Yoga and movement
11:45-12:15 Family integration- gong sound bath, guided meditation and closing
​
12:15pm-1pm Optional: Bring your own packed lunches and eat together,
time to socialize with other families and friends.
​
Family Circle is an open space for families to gather and practice
mindful movement and meditation. We welcome babies with parents through teenagers.
Please note: this is not a drop-off, parent(s) stay.

​​​​Sat Nam Kaur Khalsa, M.Ed. is a retired teacher and a certified Kundalini yoga teacher. She is a therapeutic mentor for children and teens known for caring about clients and families, meeting people where they are, and finding creative, fun ways, to bring out the best in others.
