Yoga for Growing Families
Class Offerings
We are here to support you and your families to grow, happy and healthy, together. Our classes span the spectrum from conscious pregnancies, foundations for young and playful minds, to bridging teens into adulthood. Every stage of life offers challenges and growth. We offer parents and children tools in the form of yogic philosophy, body movement and alignment and breathwork. Class offerings change with each season so please check back in or send us an email at hello@gobinday.org to let us know you are interested in a specific class or workshop for the future.
