What Will We Do?
Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines breathing techniques, gentle movements, and meditation to promote physical and mental well-being by cultivating and regulating the flow of Qi (vital energy) within the body. It's often described as a moving meditation, aiming to improve health and balance mind/body /spirit
In this workshop Shiv Antar will help us explore:
~ healing sounds to purge negative or stagnant emotional energy that can keep us from moving forward in life.
~physical movements, stretches, and acupressure points to relieve the lines of tension in the body.
~We will practice flowing movements to cultivate the positive qualities of the Wood Element for an increased sense of strength, flexibility, inner harmony, and creativity. We will finish with a meditation to strengthen our energy field to help us shine our beautiful inner light out into the world.
