Drop the seasonal challenges: drop into the richness of the moment
at our Holiday Stressbuster event!
Together, we will experience breath, movement, meditation and sound relaxation. This will support returning to center and source, all within inclusive, supportive space.
We will wrap up the afternoon with hearty snacks, homemade vegan chai and turmeric golden milk after class! Yum!
Gentle yoga and meditation can be practiced in a chair, on a mat, (or both.) No prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
Come as you are, leave feeling even better!

Day of Event Flow
Teachers: Andrea/ShivAntar, BachanDev/Anne, & HariKirin.
Sound: Gong relaxation and heart-chakra crystal bowl, and music.
2pm arrival: please check in early to begin right at 2:30
2:30-4:30pm: gentle yoga & stretching, breathing, deep relaxation/sound nap, and heart opening meditation.
4:30pm onward: delicious treats, warm beverages and good company! Potluck contributions welcome, but not mandatory.
Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, blanket, mat and sitting pillow if you have them. We have some mats and pillows if needed.
Book in advance to be sure you have space in the room.
