"This workshop definitely goes to the top of my favorites. The content was rich, well organized and engaging. It was powerful and really hit home. The resources are informative, accessible, and can be easily used post workshop. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding about the effects and symptoms of stress, anxiety and burnout as well how to manage with yoga and pranayama. I am grateful for this experience." -Amy
