We evolved as humans in bands, over millennia.
We would move, sing, rest and share food after stressful events.
Come together Dec. 14th to breathe, move with Qi Gong and yoga for Every Body. Rest deeply in gong relaxation, and meditate.
We will wrap up the afternoon with hearty snacks, homemade vegan chai and turmeric golden milk after class.

Gentle yoga and meditation can be practiced in a chair, on a mat, (or both.) No prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
Come as you are, leave feeling even better!

Day of Event Flow
​
Teachers: Jayna, Andrea/ShivAntar, BachanDev/Anne, & HariKirin.
Sound: Gong relaxation and heart-chakra crystal bowl, and music.
​
2pm arrival: please check in early to begin right at 2:30
​
2:30-4:30pm: Warm up with Qi Gong, breathe into a heart-opening meditation, experience gentle empowering movement, enjoy a deep relaxation/sound nap, culminating in deep meditation.
​
4:30pm onward: delicious treats, warm beverages and good company! Potluck contributions welcome, but not mandatory.
​
Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, blanket, mat and sitting pillow if you have them. We have some mats and pillows if needed.
Please book in advance for a smooth check in.
We welcome at the door registration if you cannot sign up in advance.
