What Will We Do?

Dear Tender-hearts,

Grief is not something to "move past"—it’s a sacred journey of the heart.

You’re invited to a special Kundalini Yoga & Meditation workshop designed to honor all forms of loss (human, pet, life transitions, or the unspoken) with compassion and powerful movement. Together, we’ll:

Breathe through grief with grounding, gently powerful Kundalini practices.

Honor every emotion (no need to "fix" or "heal" here).

Reconnect with your inner resilience amid transformation.

Bring: A water bottle, towel, cozy blanket, and an open heart. Chairs available for all postures.

Note: Essential oils will be offered (optionally in designated areas; a large room)

Chair options for these practices will be guided so all are welcome, no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.  The intention is to employ the yoga as a tool for release.  This is not group therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health care.   If you have concerns about participating, please consult your healthcare provider and reach out to us for any clarifications at:  hello@gobinday.org

“The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain.
Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven?
And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives?
When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy.
When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.”
